PURPOSE: A display device of an automatic vending machine capable of expressing the selection, progress state and completion of a merchandise through a merchandise selecting part installed at a specified position of a front part and controlling method thereof are provided which reduce the use of unnecessary parts and enable a user to know the progress state of the selected merchandise. CONSTITUTION: This display device comprises a merchandise selecting part (10) for expressing the selection, progress state and completion of a merchandise; a money mechanism (20) for generating the control signal of the merchandise selecting part; and a control part (30) for outputting a completion signal to money mechanism when the merchandise is completed. |
