PURPOSE: Provided is a biodegradable disposable container which has a fine view and high strength, and also shows environmental contamination preventing effect. And a method for preparing thereof is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable disposable container is made of mixing 60-90 wt.% of vegetable particles with 10-40 wt.% of edible forming glue; and then forming the mixture. The method comprises steps of: (i) grinding vegetable particles into a size of 20-200 mesh; (ii) after adding 10-40 wt.% of edible forming glue to the vegetable particles and pouring water twice as much as the edible forming glue therein, adding acid thereto and then mixing them in a pH value of 4-6.5; (iii) pouring the mixture of the step (ii) in a chromium plated mold and then pressuring it at a temperature of 100-250 deg.C under pressure of 80-250 kilogram/square centimeter for 50-200 seconds; and (iv) after separating container from the mold, drying and sterilizing it. |
