DRUM DRYING EQUIPMENT FOR RECYCLING SLUDGE OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, FOOD WASTE, AND LIVESTOCK EXCREMENT

PURPOSE: A drum drying equipment for recycling sludge of sewage treatment plant, food waste, and livestock excrement is provided, which can rapidly dry food waste fed to the surface of an external drum by supplying high temperature steam of 125deg.C or heating media of 250deg.C through a helical passage formed between the external drum and an internal drum. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a drum(100) consisting of an external drum(110) and an internal drum(120) which are concentrically installed at a shaft mounted on bearings; (ii) a compacting roller installed outside the external drum(110); (iii) a helical passage(131) formed at a space between the external and internal drum(110,120) for feeding high temperature steam of 125deg.C or heating media of 250deg.C; and (iv) a second drier.
