PURPOSE: A machine for producing fried fish paste by shaping and frying fish paste is provided. Thereby, various kinds of fried fish paste products is prepared hygienically and effectively. CONSTITUTION: The machine for producing fried fish paste is characterized by comprising followings: a hopper(12) supplying raw materials; a supplier(14) discharging a desired amount of the raw materials inside the hopper, in a desired shape; a transfer roller transferring discharged materials; a shaping roller continuously forming fish paste in a plate shape, on the transfer roller; a cutter cutting the fish paste; a fry roller frying the fish paste; a conveyor for frying; a transfer conveyor discharging the fried fish paste; and oil removing roller getting rid of oil from the discharged fried fish paste.
