FLOW CHANNEL OF LAMINATED EVAPORATOR FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A flow channel of laminated evaporator for heat exchanger is provided to achieve an improved heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator and significantly reduce volume of the evaporator by equalizing the volume of refrigerant pressure drop throughout the flow channel of the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A plate(1) for forming an evaporator is provided with a plurality of flow channel walls(2) so as to constitute a flow channel(3). The flow channel has an inlet unit(4) and an outlet unit(5) formed in diagonal direction. The flow channel formed by flow channel walls has a plurality of convex-concave portions(6) formed at each of plates. The convex-concave portion is arranged to contact the flow channel wall. Thus, the volume of refrigerant pressure drop is nearly equal around the inlet unit and the outlet unit of the flow channel, to thereby obtain the heat exchange area distributed uniformly throughout the plate.
