AUTOMATIC FLOW AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE

PURPOSE: An automatic flow and temperature control valve is provided to simplify components and to make installation and utilization easy by integrating temperature control function with a water flow control function of a heating system. CONSTITUTION: A flow and temperature control valve comprises: a valve body(10) having a space between an inlet port(11) and an outlet port(12); a flow rate control unit(60) movably installed in the valve boy, having at least one of inlet holes(62,63), and moving up and down by a flow velocity; a guide unit for guiding the flow rate control unit and restoring the flow rate control unit, having an elastic unit(70), and fixed in the valve body; and a valve head(20) lifting up and down a control unit(21) opening and closing the outlet port of hot water. A filter, a temperature control valve and a flow control valve are integrally formed, the installation area and number of components are reduced. Thereby, the cost for facilities is saved.
