METHOD FOR MEASURING OPERATION OF MOTOR DRIVING VALVE

PURPOSE: A motor driving valve operation measuring method is provided to measure lubrication condition of a motor driving valve and a force operating on a stem precisely and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: Variables as torque, power, or RMS(Root-Mean-Square) values are outputted from an input value of a motor(1), and the displacement of a valve stem(11) is measured. The correlation between the torque of the motor or variables and the stem displacement is analyzed. Differential values of the motor torque or variables to the stem displacement are operated in seating a valve disk(2) in a valve seat(19). A force operating on the stem is calculated with operating the frictional coefficient between the valve stem and a stem nut(15) by elastic modulus of a valve(10) and the differential value. The lubrication condition between the valve stem and the stem nut is measured by the invariable elastic modulus of the valve and the differential value.
