PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave interrupting device is provided to be capable of preventing electromagnetic waves from being emitted to the exterior by connecting an electromagnetic wave interrupting member or a ground unit to a display window or an inner element. CONSTITUTION: A front panel(12) is attached to a front surface of a display window(11) and protects the display window(11) against an external impact or an insertion of a different thing. An electromagnetic wave interrupting member(13) is installed between the display window(11) and the front panel(12) and is made of a conduction material for interrupting electromagnetic waves. A ground bus(14) is installed so as to surround one end of a structure consisting of the display window(11), the electromagnetic wave interrupting member(13) and the front panel(12).
