摘要 PURPOSE: A carriage controller for vertical weaving welding is provided to automatically weave by installing a weaving position sensor and controlling operation of a traveling motor and a weaving motor with a detected signal from the weaving position sensor. CONSTITUTION: A carriage controller comprises a power supplying unit (10) to convert power to a voltage; a constant voltage unit (12) to uniformly maintain the voltage; a traveling motor driving unit (30) to drive a traveling motor (20); a weaving motor driving unit (30) to drive a weaving motor (22); a weaving position sensor (16) to detect a weaving position of the weaving motor; a control unit (70) to control the weaving motor according to a signal from the weaving position sensor; a delay time setting unit (90) to set an operation delay time of the weaving motor in a weaving position; a first switching unit (50) to be turned on/off according to a light emitting signal from a first light emitting unit (72) by connecting between the traveling motor and the traveling motor driving unit; and a second switching unit (60) to be turned on/off according to a light emitting signal from a second light emitting unit (74) by connecting between the weaving motor (22) and the weaving motor driving unit (40). The weaving operation of the carriage is controlled automatically by controlling of the motors with the control unit.
