PURPOSE: Grease leakage-preventing device for an electric motor is provided to improve an operating efficiency and a reliability of a motor and extend a charging cycle of a grease. CONSTITUTION: A grease is spread on the inner periphery surface of a bearing(2). The bearing(2) is disposed around the outer periphery surface of a shaft(1) of an electric motor. Blocking members(5,6), which prevent the grease from leaking through cracks between bearing covers(3,4) and the shaft(1) due to an axial movement and a centripetal force of the shaft(1), are mounted in the front and rear of the shaft(1), respectively. Each blocking member(5,6) is implemented as a plate spring. And, the respective blocking members(5,6) are formed with cutting slots, so that the blocking members(5,6) can be easily mounted to the shaft(1). As a result, the bearing(2) can fulfill its own function uniformly.
