PURPOSE: The system and method for managing the integrating property using the internet is provided to enable a user to perform an electronic commerce by managing one's property visually through an operation dragging a commodity image by a computer mouse. CONSTITUTION: A central storehouse server offers a service the certified member through a login(S10). A user certified as a member joins the member(S12). The central storehouse server allocates a storehouse as a web space(S14). The central storehouse server converts the image of a character, a symbol and an image into an icon and outputs the icon on a client's monitor(S16). A commodity processing program rendering a user to select the icon and to purchase and manage a commodity displayed by an icon is offered to the client(S18). The commodity processing program displays a frame screen including one's property(S20). A user can publicize one's property(S22). The one's property is registered in a selling commodity list(S24). If a user selects a selling of a commodity(S26), the user selects the wanted country and a category of business(S28). The central storehouse server offers the selling commodity list. For example, a user selects a camera, the central storehouse server detects all cameras in the property and displays the cameras on the user's monitor(S30). A member drags an icon with respect to the camera and moves in one's storehouse for buying a commodity(S32). The commodity processing program recognizes a purchase intent with respect to the corresponding commodity and calculates the changed numbers(S34).
