HEATER CABLE COMBINED WITH LEAD CABLE

PURPOSE: A heater cable combined with a lead cable is provided, which can minimize a leakage magnetic field from the heater cable and is appropriate for a sheet type heating system like an electric blanket or an electric carpet. CONSTITUTION: The heater cable(10) comprises a heating element wire(2) wound spirally on an outer surface of a core thread(1), and a fuse layer(3) coated on the heating element wire, and a signal wire(4) wound spirally on an outer surface of the fuse layer, and a protection coating(5) installed on the signal wire. A lead cable comprises a conductive wire coated with an insulating coating, and the heater cable and the lead cable is separated by an interval L each other and can be supplied with a reverse current. Two reverse flow of the current induced into the heater cable and the lead cable make their induced magnetic fields offset each other and reduce a leakage magnetic field. The interval L between the lead cable and the heater cable is below 10mm. And the fuse layer is formed with a copolymer polyester resin.
