DEVICE FOR BENDING ROTARY BLADE

PURPOSE: A rotary blade bender is provided to form a knife in one side of a rotary blade and to bend the entire of the rotary blade widthwise. CONSTITUTION: A rotating bar (1) is installed in a front frame (16) of a forming roller (9) and connected with a driving shaft (5). A rack gear (6) is installed in the driving shaft (5) and combined with a rack (8). The rack is connected with a cylinder (7). A die (2) and a die cover (3) are installed in the rotating bar (1). The rear of the die cover (3) is installed in a fixing bar (10) with a shaft (11). A cylinder (13) is installed in the upper part of the die cover (3) by forming a connecting portion (12). The cylinder (13) is installed in a supporting bar (14). A knife is formed in the one side of a rotary blade and the entire of the rotary blade is uniformly bent at the same time. Thereby, the quality and the producing efficiency are improved and a producing cost is reduced.
