MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COMPLEX POWDER WITH ORGANIC RESIN OR INORGANIC SUBSTANCE AND CHITOSAN OR ITS DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A complex powder with organic resin or inorganic substance and chitosan or its derivatives is provided, which has property of chitosan(absorption of heavy metal on the skin, excellent moisturizing effect and relief of skin irritating) and features and forms of each materials used for existing cosmetics at the same time, and shows superb sense of use and skin touch. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for complex powder with organic resin or inorganic substance and chitosan or its derivatives is composed of: pouring distilled water and chitosan into a reactor; adding lactic acid to the reactor while agitating to get transparent solution; adding porosity globular silica(inorganic powder) or organic resin powder(e.g., nylon and PMMA) to prepare slurry; heating up to 30-80deg.C while agitating the slurry; adding slowly alkaline solution(e.g., NaOH, KOH and Na2CO3) to control the pH to be 6-8; aging for 1-2 hours, filtering and drying the slurry; and manufacturing silica-chitosan complex.
