PURPOSE: A 1,3,5-tris(substituted hetero ring-1-rylmethyl)- 2,4,6-tris substituent ring compound, a chemical sensor composition using the same, and a chemical sensor are provided, thereby the chemical sensor can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of cationic ion. CONSTITUTION: The 1,3,5-tris(substituted hetero ring-1-lylmethyl)- 2,4,6-tris substituent ring compound is represented by formula (1), in which A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6 are individually carbon or nitrogen; S1, S2 and S3 are individually hetero ring compound represented by formula (2) or (3); R1, R2, and R3 are individually selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, alkylcarboxylic acid group having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, hydroxyl, alkene having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, alkine having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, alkylthio having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, alkylsillyl having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, alkyloxy having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, haloalkyl having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, nitro, halogen, alkylamine having 1 to 30 carbon numbers, amine, heterocycle, aromatic rings having 6 to 15 carbon numbers, or hetero aromatic rings; and B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 are individually selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and carbon. The chemical sensor composition contains 0.5 to 5 wt.% of 1,3,5-tris(substituted hetero ring-1-lylmethyl)- 2,4,6-tris substituent ring compound, 30 to 98 wt.% of polymer supporter, and 10 to 70 wt.% of plasticizer.
