PURPOSE: Door shoe and doorsill separation preventing structure is provided to prevent passengers from falling by slidably engaging a door shoe and a doorsill despite applied force to an elevator door. CONSTITUTION: Door shoe and doorsill separation preventive structure comprises a door shoe(10); concave grooves(10a) horizontally mounted on both sides of a lower portion of the door shoe; a doorsill(12) having a groove(12a); protruded rails(12b) horizontally formed on both sides of the groove of the doorsill; left and right doors(50); brackets(50a) mounted on a lower portion of the door; and a bolt(56) fixing a connecting piece(10b) of the doorsill. The doorsill is assembled with the door shoe as a tongue and groove joint by the protruded rail. The door shoe moves with the door in the grove of the doorsill while opening the left and right door. Therein, the concave groove of the door shoe is slid by the protruded rail of the doorsill.
