PURPOSE: Structure of a throttle body is provided to keep an idle speed of an engine normal and to lengthen the life span of the engine by forming a resistance unit of maze structure in a path of a throttle body and filtering carbon or impurities contained in intake air. CONSTITUTION: In an intake path(18) of a throttle body(10), the inlet port of an idle speed control valve(14) and a throttle valve(12) are placed sequentially. The outlet port of the intake path is connected to a surge tank. Maze structure(16) is integrally formed in the intake path to filtrate carbon contained in intake air. The filtrated intake air flows into the surge tank by passing through the idle speed control valve while an idle speed of an engine is sustained. Thereby, the life span of the engine is lengthened.
