METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ATTENUATING VIDEO NOISE BY UTILIZING FILTERING WINDOW

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attenuation method and device for attenuating noise included in video data by using a filter of simple structure without excessively limiting high frequency components of an image. SOLUTION: The method can easily change the intensity of filtering by controlling the filtering intensity of video data included in a filtering window such as kayser window by utilizing a prescribed statistic value of the video data and improve an effect for removing noise from the video data without sharply reducing high frequency components through adaptive filtering while reducing complexity.
