PURPOSE: A decomposable and composable double cooker is provided to keep a clean state by readily composing and decomposing inside and outside structure as needed. CONSTITUTION: To save fuel and cooking time upon using a cooker in inside structure or outside structure, a specific interval is kept to have air layers(5,5') in the center of the floors(1,1') and walls(2,2') of the cooker. A heat entrance hole(3) is prepared on the outside floor(1') so that the heat is discharged to upper end heat discharge holes(4,4') of the inner and outer walls through the central air layers. In addition, upon assembling additional handle portions(6,6') of the inside structure and the outside structure, the handles are crossed and then equalized. Accordingly, as the cooker is readily decomposed and composed, cleanness is maintained.
