PURPOSE: A necklace hook position controller is provided which is able to control the length of necklace depending on one's height and one's condition for hanging phone or using phone, by controlling the hook position and maximize advertizing effect by having two billboards. CONSTITUTION: The necklace hook position controller comprises: (i) hooking tools(201, 201') which are symmetrically installed inside of the hook position controller(100) to be movably combined by string holes(102, 102') and hooking tool pins(202, 202'); (ii) a hooking tool contact spring(230) which is fixed on the lower end of the hooking tools; (iii) an unfolding tool(204) having an unfolding restoring spring(206) and a spring fixing pin(207) as one body which is installed in a spring fixing device(205) to the upper part of the hooking tool; and (iv) a push button(208) which is to make get down the hook position controller.
