PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the procedure in the customization of an input key, to make attainable the improvement in convenience for the user of communication equipment and to reduce the load to be applied to communication. SOLUTION: A communication control part 101 receives input key function update data automatically transmitted from a video sever 103 corresponding to the respective processing stages of a communication service without depending on a request from communication equipment 100, a data class analytic part 104 discriminates whether the received data are input key function update data or not, a key customize data analytic part 106 discriminates whether the form of the input key function update data is right or not, a key customize data storage part 108 holds the input key function update data and a key customize executing part 109 executes functions corresponding to the respective input keys of an input key by referring to the held input key function update data.
