PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a series of data codes data-transferred from a code memory to an instruction decoder from being analyzed from the outside part. SOLUTION: Data codes and dummy codes are stored in a code memory 202, and a prescribed series of data codes and dummy codes are data-read so as to be data-transferred. In this case, only the data codes are selected by a code selecting circuit 203 so that the dummy codes can be excluded, and only the data codes are decoded by an instruction decoder 121. Thus, the data codes and the dummy codes are data-transferred so that it is difficult to analyze the data codes even if the probing of the transferred data is carried out.
