DIALOGUE PROCESS MESSAGE TRANSMISSION METHOD IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method of dialogue process message transmission in communication system is provided to detect a failure in a signal connection control processor and deliver the dialogue process message to other processors, which performs a function of a corresponding signal connect control unit. CONSTITUTION: An abnormal signal connect control processor is detected in a communication system operation. The number of timeouts occurred in a certain period of time is counted. If the counted timeouts are more than the pre-stored number of timeouts, the signal connect processor is considered to be an abnormal signal connect processor. The information of the abnormal signal connect control processor is discarded and the dialogue process message is sent to a selected normal signal connect control processor.
