PURPOSE: The method for taking partial charge of a signal traffic load in a No.7 signal network is provided to secure the stability of a system, by enabling the load to be applied to the usable signal link in a link set that transmits a message, regardless of the features in transferring the message having a part of SLS(Signaling Link Selection) to a certain link set. CONSTITUTION: An algorithm, which allocates the SLS in the link set according to the SLS type of the signal route in the certain link set is performed(S1). The data of all signal routes in the certain link set is generated independently according to the SLS type of a corresponding route(S2). The procedure for transferring the signal traffic using the generated route data is performed(S3).
