PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition of a functional lipstick which is useful for treating a lip injury, accelerating the recovery of damaged lip skin, and protecting lips. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a cosmetic composition of a functional lipstick, 0.1-20.0wt% of vitamin F and its derivative, 01.-10.0wt% of TAPS (Tetraacetylphytospingosine), and 1-20.0wt% of Mango butter are used together or individually based on the total contents. Wherein, Vitamin F and its derivative are added fatty acids including linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and arachidonic acid and high alcohols including C4-C30 of saturated, unsaturated alcohols and isomers, by ester bond.
