METHOD FOR MANAGING BLOCKING OF JUNCTION CIRCUIT IN SWITCHING CENTER IN REAL TIME

PURPOSE: The method for managing the blocking of a junction circuit in a switching center in real time is provided to improve a call completion rate and service quality, by monitoring the blocking in real time in order to make the junction circuit used efficiently and to reduce a call loss by each section. CONSTITUTION: The traffic data output from a switching center is collected in real time(201). The program for calculating a blocking rate is executed(202) in order to check whether the blocking of the junction circuit occurs(203). If the blocking does not exist, general traffic data is stored in a traffic management table(204). If there is the blocking, a network performance parameter value is stored in a blocking management table(205), and it is checked whether the parameter value exceeds a blocking threshold(206). The parameter values that exceed the blocking threshold are displayed in different colors according to their importance(208). If there is the parameter value having high importance(209), the reason of the blocking is solved(210). If there exist a duplicate generation section and a management request section(211,212), the root cause is settled(213).
