PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily inject liquid by preventing a defect of mistiness of a liquid injection nozzle. SOLUTION: When a liquid reservoir 350 is filled with liquid or it discharges the liquid, the liquid in the reservoir 350 or the inside wall part of the reservoir 350 is oscillated with a pressure by a remaining bubble preventing means to not only prevent the generation of bubbles but also to break bubbles. Thus, the reservoir 350 is filled with the liquid so that bubbles cannot remain, and then a defect of mistiness is prevented to properly inject liquid.
