When the peroxosulfate is gathered into the cylinder 2a, the rotary valve 1 is changed to a detection channel (c), at the same time, a carrier gas flows into the cylinder 2a, the sample and the like are agitated and at the same time ultraviolet rays being generated from an ultraviolet-ray lamp 3 are applied to the sample in a micro syringe 2, and oxidization reaction occurs.
