SOLUTION: At least the surfaces 20a, 30a of a rod-shaped or flat leveling rod 20, 30 is made of a fluorescent material, and a pattern 21 having one end of the leveling rod 20, 30 as a cardinal point is formed on the surfaces 20a, 30a.
