PURPOSE: A process for preparing a secondary battery such as a lithium metal battery or a thin film polymer battery having excellent battery characteristics by using a plasma polymerization thin film having excellent chemical resistance is provided which reduces manufacture time and the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: This secondary battery comprises a current collector (2) formed on a substrate (1), the anode (3) formed thereon, a plasma polymerization thin film (9) formed thereon using an electrode, the cathode (6) and current collector (7) formed thereon and a substrate (8) formed at the opposite side therefrom. The process comprises the steps of pouring a carrier gas (argon, oxygen) and forming plasma by impressing direct current voltage; and treating the substrate with a pure plasma to improve adhesion between an electrode and a plasma polymerization thin film. |
