SPINNING NOZZLE FOR PRODUCING ELASTIC YARN AND PRODUCED ELASTIC YARN USING IT

PURPOSE: A spinning nozzle for producing an elastic yarn and a produced elastic yarn using it are provided, which has improved winding processing property, physical property and prevents inferiority of solidification. CONSTITUTION: The spinning nozzle is comprised of: one nozzle in the middle of the spinning nozzle; many nozzles on the first concentric circle based on the middle nozzle; nozzles of the same number with the first nozzles on the second concentric circle; slit type bridges communicated with the middle nozzle and the first nozzles; and slit type bridges communicated with the first nozzles and the second nozzles. Size of the nozzles is; 0.5-1.0mm the middle nozzle of inner diameter(ψ1); 0.4-0.9mm the first nozzles of inner diameter(ψ2); 0.4-0.6mm the second nozzles of inner diameter(ψ3); and ψ1≧ψ2 ≧ψ3. Length(L) of the bridges is 0.4-0.6mm. Angle(&thgr;) of a straight line(a) and a straight line(b) is 110-120degree.
