PURPOSE: A collecting equipment of food waste is provided, which can keep the optimum fermentation condition by feeding fermentation agent automatically to the collecting equipment at a fixed rate according to the detected signal of food waste fed, thereby increasing the fermentation efficiency greatly and using the waste as livestock feed. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a hopper(1) that has a cover(11) and a weight detecting sensor(2) at its top; (ii) a weight detecting sensor(2) for sending the detected signal to a controller(7) whenever waste is fed to the hopper(1); (iii) a container(3) storing fermentation agent; (iv) an agitating blade(4) driven by a drive motor(5); (v) a deodorizing device(8); and (vi) a controller(7) for feeding fermentation agent to the hopper(1) automatically. |
