PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of an elastic body by making the interposed/ facing part of a leaf-spring and a supporting bracket a corresponding curved surface, putting a metal plate having corresponding shape of curved surface together by means of baking and fixing to the leaf-spring facing curved surface part of an interposing elastic body. CONSTITUTION:Convex-shaped curved surface parts 12, 12 whose section is nearly a semicircle are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of leaf-spring 11 made of FRP, as well as concave-shaped curved surface parts 32, 42 corresponding to the convex-shaped curved surface parts 12, 12 are formed on the holding surfaces of brackets 31, 41 between which it is interposed. Then, on the surface on the side of the leaf-spring 11 of vulcanized rubber 21, 21 interposed between the brackets 31, 41 and the leaf-spring 11, metal plates 51, 51 in the shape of curved surface corresponding to the convex-shaped curve surface parts 12, 12 of the leaf-spring 11 are put together by baking and fixed. And, the stress against the elastic bodies 21 can be dispersed by these metal plate 51, and durability is enhanced. |
