METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRACING AND EXCHANGING SKU

PURPOSE: A method is provided to trace a plurality of SKUs(Stock Keeping Units) for an ophthalmic apparatus in a manufacturing line. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a process for assembling first molding apparatuses and at least one of the first molding apparatuses has a recognizing means and in addition, it comprises a process for reading at least one recognizing means of the first molding apparatus, a process for molding the first molding part by using the first molding apparatus, a process for providing a plurality of carriers having carrier indicators, a process for transferring the first molding part to at least one of a plurality of the carriers, a process for reading at least one carrier indicator among a plurality of the carriers carrying the first molding part, a process for storing an information being incidental to at least one recognizing means of the first molding apparatus and an information being incidental to the carrier indicator of the carrier for carrying the first molding part into a machine-accessible memory.
