PURPOSE: A surface mounting device and a method for a mounting the same are provided to precisely mount by using a majority of Y axis of strip type. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(12) is mounted at a moving part(20). A moving part(20) is freely moved predetermine in the direction. A plural of X-flames(30) are disposed in parallel with each other. A plural of Y-flames(40) are disposed in parallel with each other and are crossly disposed of X-flames(30). A head part(50) is vertically inserted along the Y-flames(40), respectively. A plural of vision parts(60) are mounted on Y-flames(40) in a predetermine intervals. The first and second conveyers are positioned at the bottom of work position(WP). A distribution device is delivered a printed circuit board(12) from the first conveyer to the second conveyer. A collecting device is delivered a printed circuit board(12) from the second conveyer to the first conveyer. |
