POLYGON SCANNING MOTOR ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A polygon scanning motor assembly is provided to prevent damage to a polygon mirror and internal parts from moving by an external impact. CONSTITUTION: An assembly comprises a rotation shaft(10) having a stopper groove(10a) formed at the upper outer surface of the rotation shaft; a shaft holder(20) having a penetrating hole(21) for fixation of the rotation shaft and a polygon mirror(22) coupled to the outer surface of the shaft holder; a rotor(30) coupled to the shaft holder and which has a magnet(31) arranged at the inner periphery of the rotor; a stator(40) positioned beneath the rotor and which has a housing(41) with a bearing groove(41a) coupled to the center surface of the stator; a plate spring(50) having an upper center surface to be inserted into the stopper groove of the rotation shaft, and a lower end with an elastic piece extended from the lower end of the plate spring so as to press the polygon mirror toward the shaft holder; and a floating prevention unit coupled to the top of the rotation shaft so as to prevent the shaft holder from moving in vertical direction. The floating prevention unit includes a cover(110) having a space(111), and a pressing boss(120) extended downward from the central surface of the cover.
