SLUDGE DRYING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A sludge drying equipment is provided, which can produce fine particle of good quality by drying through a rotational drying furnace the sludge delivered from electric furnace and refining furnace of stainless steel process of iron works and can treat the sludge in a large amount continuously. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a hopper for feeding cake from a cake maker; (ii) a drying furnace (1) that has a room for receiving cake, a rotational drum and a burner for drying the cake for drying cake; (iii) a cake crushing device (3) built in the drying furnace (1) for crushing cake fed into the furnace (1); (iv) a cyclone (5) for classifying fine particle; (v) a waste heat recovery device (7) for recovering waste heat; (vi) a first dust collector (9) for collecting fine particles that passed the cyclone; and (vii) a second dust collector (13) for collecting dust from a root blower (11).
