PURPOSE: An apparatus for indicating a line is provided to simply and rapidly install a standard line anywhere, and to firmly install the line by changing the length thereof CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for indicating a line consists of a transversely strip member and a longitudinal strip member of specific length for forming a transversely line and a longitudinal line respectively, and a connection device for connecting crossing portions of the transversely strip member and the longitudinal strip member. The line is comprised of a top surface(31), a bottom surface contacting with the ground, and an inclined surface(33) connecting the top surface and the bottom surface. A strip body(30) of the strip member has a boss for preventing the sliding by providing the frictional force. A fluorescent material(35) is coated on the top surface of the strip body. The connecting device is comprised of a fixing groove, a protrusion, and a pin. The fixing groove is formed on the end of the transversely strip member or the longitudinal strip member, and the protrusion is formed on the other end thereof. A penetrating hole is formed in the center of the protrusion, so that the pin is fixed on the ground via the penetrating hole.
