PURPOSE: A torsion beam structure extends the fatigue life thereof and removes the post machining process for a round treatment at the end of a flange, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. CONSTITUTION: The ends of both flanges of a torsion beam(10) are curved end portions(10a) bent outwards to reduce stress. The torsion beam(10) roles as a stabilizer when a torsion beam axle rolls. At the moment, the torsion beam(10) is twisted as a stabilizer. A maximum stress is generated on a curved surface portion where the curved end portions(10a) starts without being generated on the end(10) of the curved end portions(10a). Therefore, a fatigue crack due to repeated stresses can be minimized.
