REDUNDANCY CONTROL CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling a redundancy is provided to disable with a dis-fuse when a fail is again generated after repairing and then repair using a surplus controlling circuit. CONSTITUTION: The circuit includes a fuse enable signal generating portion(100), a fuse cell(200), a redundancy cell accessing portion(300) and a dis-fuse portion. The fuse enable signal generating portion generates a fuse enabling signal depending on cutting of the fuse. The fuse cell generates an address for repairing according to the fuse enabling signal. The redundancy cell accessing portion disables the failed original memory by mixing signals being generated from each of the fuse enable signal generating portion and the fuse cell and then accesses the redundancy cell. The dis-fuse portion disables the redundancy cell accessing portion when a fail is again generated after repairing the redundancy cell using the redundancy cell accessing portion and then again repairs using the surplus redundancy controlling circuit.
