PURPOSE: A method of helping the motion of a brain and activating the brain using sounds is provided which lets a person hear a sound on which virtual location information is reflected and follow after the sound while the source of the sound is being moved, to aid the motion of the brain and activate the brain. CONSTITUTION: In a human brain, a plurality of brain cells organically cooperate to react. A method of helping the motion of a brain and activating the brain using sounds makes a person pursuit an artificial sound to which virtual position information is given. In addition, the method lets the person listen to the sound repeatedly and follow after the sound while moving the location of the sound source, to help the motion of the brain of the person and activate the brain.
