PURPOSE: A microwave oven is provided to enlarge the capacity of a cooking chamber by forming a component chamber in the upper portion of the cooking chamber and installing a control panel in a door. CONSTITUTION: A wall mounted microwave oven has an outer casing(1), a lower casing(3) combined to the lower end of the outer casing, and a body casing(2) combined to the outer and lower casings and forming a cooking chamber(10) and component chambers(15a,15b). The component chambers are prepared in the upper portion of the cooking chamber where hood ducts(35) and a cooking chamber duct(37) are formed. In a portion of a front door panel(26) of a door(25), a control panel for the operation of the components mounted in the component chambers is formed. In a printed circuit board reception part(28a) formed between a door frame(28) and the front door panel, a printed circuit board(40) for the control panel is included. According to the structure, the capacity of the cooking chamber is enlarged.
