PURPOSE: A method for selectively changing information of pre-inputted information in a telephone information service is provided to make a user select and correct only information to change in pre-inputted information, when inputting basic information for various items to gain desiring information. CONSTITUTION: Each recognition stage of a telephone information system is independently operated, to make the recognition states converted every input point, when a user inputs various information by multi-stage. A predetermined input system is agreed, to correct only desired input information in information pre-inputted by multi-stage. The telephone information system converts a recognition stage into a service stage desiring to correct, according to the agreed input system, to make the user re-input desiring information.
