PURPOSE: A method for controlling a multi-channel in an SS-7(Signaling System Number 7) block inside a base station controller, is provided to use one SCC(Serial Communication Controller) to control the multi-channel to 64, so as to efficiently use hardware resources in an MTP(Message Transport Part)-1, which is a physical layer in a common channel signaling system #7. CONSTITUTION: Whether one time slot is valid in a time slot table is checked. If valid, a bit count is initialized as zero(0), and if not valid, a data-1 is transmitted a next time slot is progressed. Whether to be TSATTX.M=1 is decided. If a mask is one(1), the corresponding bit is extracted from a transmission bit for transmission, if the mask is not one(1), one(1) is extracted. A bit count is increased. At a 64 Kbps, a progress is continued until the bit count becomes eight(8). At a 56 Kbps, a progress is continued until the bit count becomes seven(7). Whether a W-bit of the time slot table is zero(0) is confirmed. If zero, transmission is ended. Otherwise, a next time slot is continuously progressed.
