PURPOSE: A system for offering information by three tires and a method for offering the information are provided for a plurality of users to receive a benefit for a product data management easily and conveniently by providing a product data management function on the web. CONSTITUTION: A client tire(100a) offering a screen for searching information on a web browser and outputting information inputted from the screen comprises a plurality of user interface units(110a) processing a screen capable of being searched information on a web environment and a connector(120a) transmitting information inputted from a user to a medium tire(200), and receiving a server(220) and accessing a database(310) on the screen processed from the user interface units(110a). The medium tire(200) having a plurality of servers(220) and receiving information from the client tire(100a) and selecting a server(220) out of the servers(220) and performing information search through the server(220) comprises a broker(210) executing the servers(220) and assigning an available server(220) to a user if the user requests a search of information, and extinguishing the server(200) if the user terminates the search of information and the servers(220) accessing a database(310) of a data tire(300) according to requesting a search of information inputted from the connector(120a) and transmitting the result to the connector(120a). The data tire(300) searching information from a database(310) responding to an information searching signal from the server(220) and transmitting the information the server(220) comprises a database(310) having a plurality of data, a file storing unit(320) having a plurality of files and a data manager(330) connecting to the server(220) and searching information inputted by a user through the database(310) and the file storing unit(320) and transmitting the searching result to the server(220).
