PURPOSE: A filter for collecting bad smell and mist is provided, which has a form of ball type rather than flat and uses physical property of fluid flowing through orifice holes on a ball case and flowing through clearance between the balls filled in the ball case, so that the filter can be operated for long duration and can save operating and maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a ball filter installed between an eliminator and a bad smell and mist collector; (ii) ball cases (1) that have many orifice holes (3) and are filled in the ball filter, in which many balls are charged, the speed of fluid is increased rapidly passing through the holes (3) and decreased passing between the balls; and (iii) the collection of mist is carried out by first inertial collection as fluid flows between balls (2), by second adsorption and by third centrifuge as fluid flows around the surface of balls (2).
