BUNSEN TYPE COMBUSTION GAS BURNER PREPARED WITH V SHAPE GROOVE

PURPOSE: A bunsen type combustion gas burner is provided to improve convergence of a main flame by turning an auxiliary flame toward the main flame upon burning gas, to minimize the lifting or flame back event of the main flame and to enhance the stability and combustion performance of the flame. CONSTITUTION: A V shape groove(2) is formed on an upper face(5) of a slit(1) installed in a bunsen type gas burner. A flame hole(3) of a main flame is formed in the center of the V shape groove and an auxiliary flame hole(4) is formed on right and left sides of the flame hole. The auxiliary flame hole formed through the auxiliary flame hole turns toward the main flame upon combustion. As the auxiliary flame hole is formed on the upper face of the slit to have a specific slant toward the main flame hole, the auxiliary flame turns toward the main flame upon combustion. Herein, the auxiliary flame hole is formed into a circular shape to position on the right and left sides of the main flame hole. Then, the excessive emission of gas and first air is prevented.
