<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of easily and accurately mapping a cylindrical sample, a rod-shaped sample or a linear sample. SOLUTION: This analyzer D based on an FT-IR method is provided with a sample base 1 carrying a sample S, an infrared ray generator 2 radiating an infrared ray (a) to the sample S, and a detector 3 detecting a reflected infrared ray (b) or a transmitted infrared ray (d) generated on the sample S because of radiation of the infrared ray (a). On the sample base 1, the cylindrical, the rod-shaped or the linear sample S is held freely rotationally around the axial center, and the sample base 1 can be freely moved at least in the axial center direction of the sample S.</p> |
