PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module integrated with a roof material where execution is easy and a water-proofness is not impaired. SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 2 comprising a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements inside of it is provided on a rear-surface metal plate 3, which is provided with a falling part where an eaves-side end part extends downward and a rising part where a ridge-side end part extends upward, and the rising part is engaged with the falling part of another roof-material in combination with a solar cell module 1 which is adjacently provided in the upper part thereof. Here, the rear-surface metal plate is provided with an extension part 33 which extends toward a ridge side from the rising part, with a terminal box 7 provided on the extension part 33 at a position deviated from the center and end parts in cross-beam direction.
