PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate programs capable of parallel processing in a work management system in which the flow of tasks is defined with business process definition, and the tasks are executed through the transition of items inputted by a user according to the registered flow of the business process definition for realizing a quick response required for the tasks. SOLUTION: A business process definition script 402 expressing the business process definition 400 is converted 403 into, for example, a C++ source code 404. The converted C++ source code 404 is compiled 405, and a flow control program 406 is generated. Especially, parts to be processed in parallel in the business process definition are extracted, and programs capable of the parallel processing by multi-threads are generated.
